Cinco de May the 4th Be With You

6 - count 'em - 6 Years!

It's been a pretty busy week, although half of it was spent sick in bed and out of commission.  I didn't leave the house for an entire week save for when I would have to go pick the kids up from school.  It wasn't until Monday that I started feeling like my old self; fortunately no one else in the family caught the bug.

Here was our week:

Kohl enjoying his snack after school.

Working on an owl craft with Mommy.

Making fresh popcorn for movie night.

Hanging out with Tux in his crate.

Sunday shenanigans.

Playing Frozen's version of chutes and ladders.

Napping with Tux.

Checking out the fish and turtles at Lowe's.

Date night with Daddy at Pei Wei.

All 3 of them total 135 lbs!

Working on Mother's Day cards for Mommy and both grandmothers.

Returning our old batch of books.

Borrowing some more. learning how to use the scanner.

Couldn't wait to get home, started reading in the van!

Took an evening bike ride after supper.

Tried out the Lake Apopka Loop Trail for the very first time.

Beautiful and pristine!

Making fresh guacamole at 6 AM for her class celebrating Cinco de Mayo.

Dropping off the Mother's Day cards at the post office.

She wanted to get a real pony after seeing this at Costco.

Our little Mexican guy!

Maddy getting smothered by her classmates!

Doing her homework at the Science Center Thursday afternoon.

New exhibit on kinetic energy, the science of motion.

So strong, she pulled herself up!

Kohl supposedly connecting the electrical currents to the generator but spelled his name instead!

Trying out a new restaurant in College Park, The Doghouse, for gourmet hotdogs.

Maddy and Riley getting set for the Spring Concert.

Kohl looking all dapper.

Someone took a picture of me taking a video of Braelyn playing the ukelele.

Enjoying listening to big sister's class up front.

Brae with some of her classmates.

Maddy hanging out with Allison!

Randoms:

What 7 days of being sick and in bed end up looking like.

Just a gorgeous sky and sunset over Lake Apopka.

Felt sorry for this person after Cruz dropped out this week.  Now all that's left is Drumpf.  Sad.

Met up with Richard at his office before the concert Thursday evening.

Loved the program:  Holy Spirit followed by Katy Perry's Roar!

Have a  great week!
