Love

6 Years, 40 Weeks.

We celebrated Valentine's Day this week, and as usual, the kids were very excited to pass out fun cards and candy to their classmates, and looked forward to receiving the same from them as well.  We topped the day off with a fondue supper at home, which is always a highlight and a hit with them!

Putting together their Valentine's goodie bags together.

Showing off what they got from their friends at school.

Family Valentine's Day dinner à la fondue!

Maddy loved the chocolate dip, and what girl doesn't?

That's a big bite buddy!

Exchanging cards with the parents afterwards.

Here was the rest of our week:

We were invited to Sabbath potluck at Susie's with the Clarke's after church.

Excited to try some Middle Eastern cuisine courtesy of her parents!

Time to dig in!

Eating lunch on the patio, the weather was perfect!

Adalyn painted Maddy's toenails afterwards.

Mommy taking a quick nap on the patio with Nala.

We were invited to a campout/fire pit roast at the Whitaker's Saturday night.

Maddy getting into the spirit wearing gloves, while some of the kids were still in their shorts and flip flops!

Kohlden enjoyed roasting his hot dog.

Ashley reading a story for worship.

The dads took turns playing the guitar and telling stories to the kids and moms there.

Maddy telling Mommy how much fun she was having.

Sunday morning crew on another training ride in Clermont.

37 miles of road and hills!

A much deserved post ride treat!

Braelyn working on her piano lesson.

Maddy helping to make fresh guacamole.

Kohl didn't want to give the paparazzi any more pictures,

while little sister handles it like a celebrity!

Don't forget to floss!

Midweek treat to Scoops!

A quick game of checker-chess.

Enjoying her raspberry sorbet.

Big brother helping out with the math homework.

Thursday morning ride with Jared.

Mommy getting fitted for a new bike!

A quick supper at PR's before heading back to the school for Brae's final basketball games.

She lost the first and won the second, so it was nice to end on a win.
Time to work during the off season!

Showing her artwork on display.

Have a great weekend!!

  1. Did anyone lose any teeth lately? And so sad that basketball is over for the season, I really enjoyed the games that I went to. Love Nana
