We celebrated Valentine's Day this week, and as usual, the kids were very excited to pass out fun cards and candy to their classmates, and looked forward to receiving the same from them as well. We topped the day off with a fondue supper at home, which is always a highlight and a hit with them!

You'd think the highlight this past week would've been the Super Bowl, but alas, it was a bust, so we'll go to something else.
On Saturday night Tangie and I attended a favorite annual event, The Chef's Gala at Epcot, hosted by The United Way. We were able to get a couple of sitters for the children and off we went to enjoy a dressed up event with gourmet flair: 25 chefs from top restaurants in and around Disney showcasing their best for us to enjoy! It was an amazing evening and date night and we had a wonderful time.
Always a fun time when you dress up!
