Plugging Away

5 Years, 48 Weeks.


Another week has come and gone, and here are the pictures to prove it!

She had a lovely day at school, can't you tell?

for one of her co-workers who had passed away last week.

Thankfully Daddy wore a jacket for just the occasion!

Took them to Tom West Blueberries for opening weekend.

The ripe berries were sparse and you really had to search for them.
But they'll be all ready in a couple of weeks!

All better, we enjoyed a tractor ride around the farm.

Counting our stash, and seeing who picked the largest berry.

In between tenants, we swung by our house in Apopka to inspect and make sure things were in good
working order for the next round of renters.  This was the first time the twins had ever been inside.

• An old neighbor of ours wanted to say hi after he saw us inspecting our other house in Apopka.  We caught up with him and explained to the children who he was on our way out of the subdivision:

          Me:  "He's lived there for a very long time, he's 73 years old, and all he ever 

                   does is hang outside watching people with his smoker"  (cigarette)

          Maddy:  [incredulous]  "Well…does he even eat??"  

Roll out of bed and off to school for Pajama Day!
