Three's Company!: Nervous Wreck

5 Years, 37 Weeks.

I absolutely abhor this part of the football season.

Don't get me wrong, I'm excited for our team to still be playing in January.

But that means we're in the playoffs. Win or go home. Do or die time.

And with only one game left before the Super Bowl, it means we've made it to the AFC Championship. And possibly Peyton's final game.

Which is why I'm a nervous wreck!

Because of who we're playing against: our most feared and hated - the kids would say we don't use that harsh word - rivals. And with them at full strength, they are almost impossible to beat.

*sigh*

Hopefully my supply of Xanax won't run out before Sunday's game.

And we can eek out a win!

Here was our week:

Bringing home his school gear from the week Friday afternoon.

Science Center was packed for an event so we went back to Barnes & Noble.

They enjoyed taking the escalators up and down.

Enjoying a Scandinavian cook book!

Actually, it was Daddy's read. Enjoying kids books for real.

Also, a brownie sampling from Costco.

Mommy doing some baking in the kitchen?!?

Finally on my first bike ride of the year !

Reunion with Calleigh, first time seeing each other since mid December!

We had a picnic lunch with the Grodacks, Bergherms, and Whitakers Sabbath afternoon.

Saturday night activity was finally taking the tree and decorations down!

Maddy was a trooper helping Mommy since

sister both fell asleep!

But she would join in soon enough!

Sunday morning Home Depot run, getting more supplies to finish up the twin's bedroom project.

Found some warm head gear on sale, she fashioned them together to become Broncos Ninja!

Testing out some new riding lawn mowers. Hopefully we can get Daddy one this year. Please?

I guess the pressure was too much for them, they moved over to watch a
Disney movie in the guest room instead!

FaceTime with Auntie Gen, wishing her a Happy Birthday on Sunday evening!

Monday was Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, hence no school.
Lounging around, eating Cheerios out of sandwich bags.

Picking up some office supplies at Walmart. Nothing says MLK Day than hoisting Old Glory.

Maddy says "America!" Such a Drama Queen.

Enjoying some time at a local park.

Back to school Tuesday morning, fashioning his new Spiderman high top basketball shoes.

And apparently I brought back home a court jester...

Back to a park Wednesday afternoon while Brae had basketball practice.

The twins found some free roaming dinosaurs they enjoyed playing with on stage.

OJA played FLEC Thursday night. Brae at the National Anthem.

Not too badly beaten, seeing how we scored only 9 points against our first opponent 2 weeks ago.
