2013 AFC Champions!!
The Broncos are headed to the Super Bowl!! Showcasing some grit and determination, they put on an episode that even the producers of the TV show
REVENGE would be jealous of.
Because that's exactly what they got: Revenge.
Seriously Belichick? A "deliberate hit?" Come on now...
Beating the New England Patriots 26-16 to bring them to their 7th Super Bowl appearance, their first in 15 years, Manning capped off an incredible year full of records and achievements, both for himself and for the team. They played an amazing game, which included having 507 yards of total offense. But most importantly, it meant sending Tom Brady home early and keeping him from getting a shot at another Super Bowl title!
So now we play the Seattle Seahawks, who, in their win over the Niners, showed absolutely no grace or humbleness in their victory with Sherman's post game rant. I'm hopeful the Broncos will serve him some humble pie.

Fortunately everything was okay and the suspect was arrested. |
Quotes:
- At the Disney Store at Downtown Disney, Braelyn saw the Brave archery sets on display:
Brae: "I would like that. Daddy, can I get it for my birthday? It's only 2
months away. Can I get it, please??"
Me: "Okay, well, you can either get an archery set, or...a new bike."
Brae: "Um, hello? I can get both!"
Nice try young lady!
- At the restaurant, cuddling with Madelyn:
Me: [to Maddy] "Are you my little guy? Are you my little guy?"
Maddy: "No, I'm your big girl guy!"
- Maddy saw a picture of the Reynolds family from Denver and realized they were all wearing Broncos jerseys for their Christmas card and said, "Daddy! That's our team!"
- We passed by an old client of mine from Banana at Costco and I greeted him and wished him a Happy New Year:
Brae: "Who was that?"
Me: "His name is Scott."
Brae: "You mean, Scott McKenzie from The Morning Mix 105.1?"
(an FM channel morning show)
Really? You've got to be kidding me!
- Looking for pistachios at Costco and not finding any, I asked the kids to help me search:
Me: "Keep your eyes opened for pistachios."
Brae: [incredulous] "Without even blinking?!"
Have a great weekend!
Great blog, thanks. Go Broncos!!! Love, Nana
