2 Years, 41 Weeks.
You remember the rest of the kids' saying. Except that I didn't step on a crack, rather, a certain five year old decided to step on my back while I was lying on my stomach on the floor. Jumped on, actually, would be the correct term.
I really thought I was in trouble; I could barely walk around, let alone, get off the floor. It's different when you're expecting someone to jump on top you; you can tense up and prepare for impact. It's a whole 'nother thing when you least suspect it; I was like a sitting duck. She landed on my lower back with a loud thud, just above my hips.
I was so sure I had a cracked vertebrae. I was hoping for a slipped disc. Maybe a pinched nerve. It hurt. Bad. I was pretty much incapacitated for almost 3 whole days, Tangie understandingly slathering BenGay on my back both in the mornings and at night.
But I guess I only have myself to blame. I mean, I practically made myself an open target there on the floor. Especially in the eyes of a playful and rambunctious 5 year old.

- The kids saw an advertisement on the characters from the Disney Jr. show Imagination Movers coming to Sea World:
Brae: "How can they get out of the TV and move around like that?!?"
- We were driving home from school and passed by the same Lynx bus several times due to the bus stops and red stop lights:
Brae: "Is this bus following us?"
Me: "I think so. It may be going to the same place we're going."
Brae: "To our house?"
