We had a very busy week this week with the kids attending Vacation Bible School at Markham Woods Church in Longwood. It's always a fun time for them as they get to do arts and crafts and hang out with friends, as well as learn about Jesus and the Bible. This year's theme was Maker Fun Factory, focusing on themselves as special individuals created by God. It was hosted by our friend and neighbor Allison Skilton and we've attended over the past several years, but this year will be Braelyn's last as she will be going into 5th grade next year and that is the cutoff age. At least the twins will get to enjoy it for a few more years. But their most favorite part about going to VBS? Going out for lunch afterwards ~ they were always starving!! I guess you build a big appetite when you're having fun!

Stands for Birthday Basketball Camp. Or Basketball Birthday Celebration.
Alas, the British Broadcasting Corporation already has claim to the acronym, so I guess that's that.
We celebrated Mommy's birthday this week! We are so thankful for another year of her life. We had a dinner out to Buca di Beppo on Tuesday to celebrate, and also enjoyed some cake throughout the week. We look forward to this next year's adventures!

Braelyn also got to attend her first of 2 basketball camps of the summer this week! She joined our neighbor Sarah at Legacy High School where Sarah attends. Braelyn quickly assimilated to the new coaches and new friends, learning a lot each day and building confidence in her skills. Her coaches were very impressed, and even told me so when I went to pick her up one of the days. She definitely enjoyed herself and looks forward to her next camp coming in July.
