Holiday Festivities

4 Years, 35 Weeks.

It's the most wonderful time of the year…and the busiest!!

Here's a sneak peek of our week:

Putting on a show for the parents before bedtime.

Triplets!  Took Gaby with us to school.

The group together for supper to bid the Grodacks goodbye for Christmas.

And to finally meet London!

Duncan pops open the champagne de sparkling cranberry juice!

The big girls enjoy hanging out together.

Braelyn wanted to have another sibling.  Sorry dear, London will have to do!

The twins plus Aubree at Sabbath School.

Madelyn hadn't seen her buddy Adalyn in a while!

Hooked up with the Clarkes at Disney's Animal Kingdom.  Kohl was VERY excited.

Watching a silverback gorilla strut around.

Making music…err…noise at the market.

Riding a motorcycle-ish vehicle in Bombay.

Elsa turned Cinderella's castle into her ice palace at night!

Thank goodness for the Clarke's and their stroller!  Braelyn was wiped out!

As was Kohl.

Buddy helping out with the dishes.

Broncos fans working on some Christmas arts and crafts.

Braelyn had the stomach bug so I kept her home from school on Monday.

A sweet treat from the local bakery after picking the twins up from school.

Santa at Uno's.  It was family night, with Christmas activities for the kids,

including ornament making.

Prepping their pizzas for supper.

Waiting in the driveway for Operation Santa with their hot chocolates.
Sadly he didn't come that evening.

At Epcot, learning about storm safety and supplies.

Bumped into the Clarke's again, this time at Finding Nemo.

Met up with our new best friend.

Catching up with Goofy.

A selfie kiss with Minnie.  The kids enjoyed seeing that; hope Tangie doesn't get jealous!

Upon arrival back home.

Another day, another field trip with Daddy.

Flying high with Maddy.

Who's in control of this thing?

Dinoland.  Life sized.

Back at home, Operation Santa finally made it!

Randoms:

A real pile of elephant poo.

Colder temperatures mean foggy mornings.  Super foggy.

They were using Kohl's name to work on letter sounds at school!

A first for me…A Ryan Gosling backpack?  Wow...

Quote:

  • I caught Kohlden playing with a Tic Tac, smelling it and pretending to stick it up his nose.  I was quick to reprimand and remind him that objects don't belong in noses:
Me:  "Noses are for breathing.  We don't want anything stuck in there."
          Kohl:  "Okay."
Me:  "Does food go in your nose?"
          Kohl:  "No."
Me:  "Does water go in your nose?"
          Kohl:  "No."
Me:  "What goes in our nose?"
          Kohl:  "Boogers!"

          Oye.

Have a great weekend!
